- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of confirmation. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays may take longer to process.
Tracking Your Order
- Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you can ask our customer support to provide you the tracking id of your parcel. This allows you to monitor the status and location of your shipment in real-time.
Shipping Restrictions
- Delivery Area: We currently do not ship outside of Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Availability: We offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option for customers who prefer to pay for their orders upon receipt. And you can also pay online through Credit/Debit Card, Easypaisa or Jazzcash.

Failed Deliveries
